Dear Friends
I hope this letter finds you and your family well during this very special time of the year.
It has been an honor for me to serve our wonderful state as Majority Leader in the New Hampshire Senate. 2013 has proven to be an interesting and unique year in Concord. I witnessed and participated in something I have never seen in all my years of elective office: a budget that all 24 Senators on a bi-partisan basis voted for that was signed into law. This budget met the needs of New Hampshire citizens, while living within our means and not raising a single tax or fee.
But during the Christmas season, politics, even in the Live Free or Die State, become secondary as loved ones gather together to share the joy of the season. Yet for some New Hampshire families who are serving in the New Hampshire National Guard, that service creates challenges. I hope you will join me in this season of giving to consider making a donation to the New Hampshire Chaplain Emergency Relief Fund.
The Chaplain Emergency Relief Fund (CERF) provides quick, temporary financial help for NH military members and their families who are facing unexpected financial emergencies. Its express purpose is to assist with emergency needs such as rent and mortgage payments, heating fuel and other utilities, car repairs and insurance, medical bills, prescriptions, and the like. The fund is supported and sustained entirely by the generosity of members of the military community and the community at large. With the exception of sundry expenses such as stationary, stamps, and fees, 100% of contributions flow directly to the needs of military families.
For more information or to make a tax-deductible contribution to our heroes in uniform, write to:
CERF, P.O. Box 3448, Concord NH 03302-3448.

Please make checks payable to Chaplains Emergency Relief Fund or CERF and send to CERF, P.O. Box 3448, Concord, N.H. 03302-3448.
The members of the New Hampshire National Guard provide unique service to our State and Nation protecting our freedoms abroad and saving lives and helping people recover in emergency situations at home. The Chaplain Emergency Relief Fund is a worthy organization helping those whose service to the rest of us is simply extraordinary.
Thank You for your consideration and I wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Healthy and Happy 2014.
All The Best,
Jeb Bradley.
